Either bd9io or you may initiate an account closure:

• Closed at user request: You may close your account at any time by contacting support — requests are usually processed within 24 hours.
• Closed for rule violation: bd9io may unilaterally close an account due to prohibited activities.
• Closed for Responsible Gaming: You can take a self-exclusion to protect yourself — from 30 days up to permanent.

If you close your account voluntarily, you may withdraw your balance subject to any wagering requirements. If the account is closed due to a rule violation, eligibility to withdraw the remaining balance is at bd9io's discretion.
